8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Rich Roots is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. Customers must contact the shipping carrier to resolve such issues.

If a package arrives damaged, customers must notify us within 3 –7 days of delivery and provide photo evidence.

9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or customized hair products.

Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:

  • The wrong item was sent.

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

To request a refund, customers must contact us within 3 - 9 days of receiving their order with proof of the issue.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our policy requirements.
