For hygiene and safety reasons, all hair care products are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tampered products.
This policy exists to protect customers from receiving products that may have been contaminated or previously used.

Refunds or replacements may only be considered under the following circumstances:

5. Refund Method
If your refund request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Processing time for refunds may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If approved, we may send a replacement product at our discretion.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting us first.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in being banned from future purchases.
